Catalist-listed property and entertainment company KOP Ltd announced the takeover of Semara Resort & Spa, Seminyak (above), which will be rebranded as Montigo Resorts, Seminyak and marks the group’s maiden foray into Bali. The new resort sits on a close to 110,000 sq ft site. The property contains 108 rooms and suites and will be refurbished. It is scheduled to reopen in 4Q2015. The resort will also have eight specially designed spa suites to complement the Montigo Spa.
