Keppel REIT Management, as the manager of Keppel REIT, announced that Koh Wee Lih will be appointed as CEO of the REIT manager from Dec 1, subject to regulatory approval.

Koh will succeed Paul Tham who will step down as CEO on Oct 20. During the interim, Shirley Ng, deputy CEO and head of investment, will assume the role of acting CEO.

Koh is currently the executive director and CEO of AIMS APAC REIT Management, the REIT manager of AIMS APAC REIT (AA REIT). Before his promotion to CEO, Koh was head of real estate and responsible for growing AA REIT’s portfolio and assets under management.

Koh has more than 25 years of experience in investment, corporate finance and asset management. He has spent more than 17 years in direct real estate, covering investments, developments, asset management and real estate private equity in the Asia Pacific region.
