SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Knight Frank Singapore has appointed Evan Chung as the head of KF Property Network (KFPN), a subsidiary brokerage arm with about 450 salespersons. Chung will take up his new position with effect from August.

Chung has been with the associate network since 2016 and has more than 12 years of experience in the real estate industry. While at Knight Frank Singapore, Chung was a senior division director at KFPN, where he led two divisions and held roles as an in-house trainer to associates. He has also been a senior project IC since 2016.

Before joining Knight Frank Singapore, Chung was a vice-president at Edmund Tie & Company Property Network and had joined that company in 2008 when it traded under the DTZ brand.

With his recent promotion at Knight Frank Singapore, Chung will chart the direction of the business and spearhead training activities, leadership development, and explore avenues to expand the associate network’s breadth of transactional capabilities.

“Evan’s depth of experience and expertise on the ground and with his fellow associates has been established, and we look forward to an empowered KFPN that will gear towards providing a holistic environment for all aspiring and veteran salespersons to learn and grow in, developing and supporting our people in all the ways that matter,” says Wendy Tang, group managing director at Knight Frank Singapore.
