Knight Frank announced on Oct 22 the appointment of Virginia Huang to the position of managing director for north and east China with immediate effect.
Huang will be replacing Ying Shin Lee, managing director of Knight Frank’s Shanghai office. Ying had assumed the role in September 2019.
Huang brings with her over 27 years of experience, including 12 years in leadership roles where she successfully managed large operations in China. Her background encompasses commercial office, real estate fund management, and sustainable operations during her past tenures at CBRE and Keppel Land.

In her new position based in Shanghai, Huang will oversee the consultancy’s operations in both the Beijing and Shanghai offices. She will report to Craig Shute, CEO of greater China.
