SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - International real estate consultancy Knight Frank has appointed Tim Armstrong as global head of occupier strategy and solutions. He will assume his new role with immediate effect, taking over William Beardmore-Grey, who moves up as senior partner and Group Chair in April 2022.

Armstrong will be based in Singapore and has been with the company since 2007. He has more than 20 years of experience in transaction management and advisory roles, working with occupier and landlord clients across the office and industrial sectors.

“Whilst the past 18 months have seen seismic changes to the world of work and the way we conduct business, we continue to provide our occupier and landlord clients with first-class advice and bespoke solutions that keep them one step ahead of today’s rapidly evolving landscape,” says Armstrong.

Over the past three years, Knight Frank’s occupier strategy and solutions team has doubled the size of the real estate portfolios it manages on behalf of clients. “The APAC team has significantly advanced, winning global mandates and recruiting top talent.
