SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Knight Frank has announced the appointment of Emily Relf as head of living sectors, Asia Pacific. In an Oct 26 press release, the real estate consultancy says the newly created role, which is based in Singapore, reflects the growing investor interest in the living sectors as it evolves into a more mature space.
“The living sectors market will be a key pillar of our future growth,” says Neil Brookes, global head, capital markets at Knight Frank. “Emily's deep understanding will be invaluable as we embark on this exciting stage of our expansion.”
Relf will lead the expansion of Knight Frank’s living sectors capabilities in Asia Pacific and advise outbound capital from the region into the US, UK and Europe. She will also be responsible for strengthening Knight Frank’s partnership with Berkadia – a US-based commercial real estate company – focusing on executing significant capital market initiatives in the US.
