The highest price achieved historically for a four-room flat was $990,000 for a 1,001 sq ft unit at 1D Cantonment Road in September 2015. Meanwhile, a buyer paid $1.12 million for a 1,140 sq ft, five-room flat at 1G Cantonment Road two months ago, making it the priciest five-room flat to date.
