JUST SOLD: Sentosa Cove luxury condo sold above $3,700 psf

A 4,241 sq ft luxury condominium unit at Seven Palms Sentosa Cove changed hands for $15.78 million, or $3,721 psf in March 2016. This marks the second highest per square foot (psf) transacted price in the project.

The most expensive transaction in psf terms took place in 2014. It involved two adjacent units on the third floor with a combined area of 6,910 sq ft, which fetched $28.55 million, or $4,131 psf. Prices at the development have never fallen below $3,000 psf based on historical transaction.

Seven Palms Sentosa Cove is a 99-year-leasehold condominium project by SC Global Developments. 

Median price of non-landed property in Sentosa Cove fell 8.7% from $1,670 psf in 2013 to $1,525 psf in 2015. The number of transactions inched up from 24 in 2013 to 26 in 2015.
