The other two transactions were for 1,787 sq ft units on the 17th floor, which sold for $5.65 million, and 1,744 sq ft unit on 18th floor, which sold for $5.58 million. A total of 26 units found buyers in April and May, bringing the sales tally in the project to 33.
Ardmore Three was completed in 4Q2014, which means all the units have to be sold by end-2016 so that the developer will not be hit by extension charges under the conditions of the Qualifying Certificate (QC). In their effort to push sales, the developer started offering a 15% discount and a 15% ABSD rebate under the “ABSD assistance package” on April 13.
Ardmore Three is a freehold condominium located on Ardmore Park in district 9. The 84-unit luxury development comprises 1,744 to 1,787 sq ft three-bedroom units, with three units on each floor from the 9th to 36th floor. It is developed by Botanica Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wheelock Properties (Singapore) Limited.
