SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - All 117 units at Jui Residences, along Serangoon Road have been fully sold since its launch in September 2018, according to the Malaysia-based property developer Selangor Dredging. (See also: Jui Residences has sold 25% of units since launch weekend)

The freehold development comprises an 18-storey tower and is adjacent to the Kallang River. It is an eight-minute walk to Potong Pasir MRT Station on the North East Line.

Prices at the development started at around $1,600 psf to approximately $2,000 psf, due to “strong interest”, says the developer.
