JTC has launched two sites under the first half of the 2019 industrial government land sales (IGLS) programme – one for tender and the other for application.
The site at Senoko Drive is zoned for industrial use under “B2”, and measures 1.22ha with a gross plot ratio of 2.5. The land is under a 30-year tenure, and is the last of the five confirmed list sites under this IGLS programme.
The tender for the Senoko Drive site will close on July 23, at 11am.
The other site, at Tuas Avenue 6, is also zoned under “B2” industrial use and spans 0.54ha. With a gross plot ratio of 1.4, it has a 20-year tenure. This is the sixth of seven reserve list sites for this IGLS programme.
Applications can be submitted to JTC for the Tuas Avenue 6 site, which will be released for sale only if it receives a minimum offer that is acceptable to the government, JTC says.
