JTC launched two confirmed-list sites at Tampines Industrial Drive (Plot 12) and Tanjong Penjuru for tender under the Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) programme today.
The sites have maximum GFA of 72,251 sq ft and 438,842 sq ft respectively. Both are zoned B2 with 20-year leaseholds.
Tender for the sites will close at 11am on 20 Oct 2015.
