JTC Corporation announced on Jan 30 that it is launching a site at Tuas South Link 3 (Plot 18) for sale. The site is under the Confirmed List of the 1H2018 Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) programme. Located at the intersection of Tuas South Link 1 and Tuas South Link 4, the 0.43ha site is zoned for “Business-2” development, with a gross plot ratio of 1.4. The site comes with a 20-year lease period. The tender closes on Mar 27.

JTC also launched a 2.72ha site at Tuas Bay Close, under the Reserve List of the 1H018 IGLS programme. Located near the junction of Tuas South Avenue 4 and Tuas South Avenue 5, the site is near logistics company Sankyu Singapore’s Tuas Integrated Distribution Centre. Zoned for “Business-2” development, the Tuas Bay Close site has a gross plot ratio of 1.7. The tender closes on Mar 13.
