JTC Corp has launched for sale the Tuas South Link 3 (Plot 18) site on the confirmed list under the 1H2017 Industrial GLS programme. This will be the fourth out of the six confirmed list sites for 1H2017.

The 0.43ha site at Tuas South Link 3 is zoned for Business-2 development and has a 20-year tenure with a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 1.4. JTC says the launch of the site is part of the government’s efforts to offer more choices for industrial development.

The tender closes on June 20.
