JTC has released a confirmed-list site at Tampines Industrial Drive (Plot 3) for sale by public tender. It is the first of the seven confirmed-list sites for the 2H2016 Industrial Government Land Sales Programme.

The 52,589 sq ft site is zoned for business 2 development and has a 20-year tenure with a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 1.4.

The tender exercise closes at 11am on September 20.
