SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - JTC has launched one site at Tampines North for tender under the first half of the 2021 Industrial Government Land Sales Programme (IGLS). It is located at Tampines North Drive 5 (Plot 10) and has a site area of 0.5ha.

The gross plot ratio is 2.5 and it is zoned B2, with a 20-year tenure. The tender closes on May 25 at 11 am.

Interested parties may purchase the tenderer’s packets at $107 each (inclusive of GST). The site is the first of three Confirmed List sites for the first half of the 2021 IGLS Programme.
