SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - JTC has launched a site at Gul Avenue for application under the 1H2020 Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) programme.
The site is the fourth of five Reserve List sites for the first half of the 2020 IGLS.
The site at Gul Avenue sits on a 0.58ha site, with a gross plot ratio of 1.4. It is zoned under B2 industrial use and is on a 20-year lease.
