SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - JTC has launched the tender for an industrial site at Tampines North Drive 5 (Plot 10) on March 28. The tender falls under the first half of the 2023 IGLS (Industrial Government Land Sales) programme. Covering a land area of 0.5 ha (53,820 sq ft) and slated for a lease period of 30 years, the plot is zoned for Business 2 use with a permissible gross plot ratio of 2.5.

The tender will close on the May 23 at 11am.
