IWG plans to expands its Spaces brand in Singapore

IWG, the world’s leading provider of flexible workspaces, announced its Spaces brand expansion plans, to open five new locations in Singapore by mid-2019. This amounts to a total co-working space area of 250,000 sq ft.

Spaces, the Amsterdam-born creative workspace provider, selected Singapore as the first market in its plan to expand globally in Asia Pacific. outside of Europe. This was done with the opening of Spaces at City Hall in 2016. It is a 26,000 sq ft site located at North Bridge Road.

The new Spaces locations in Robinson Road, One Raffles Place, TripleOne Somerset, Paya Lebar Quarter and Clarke Quay will add to its existing regional network of 23 locations across Asia Pacific.

Spaces’ flagship site of 35,000 sq ft will be located in the heart of the Central Business District , at One Raffles Place. It is slated to open by early next year. The new centre features a multi-level layout, ideal for hosting and launching retail and fashion-related events within a mall setting.

Spaces Robinson will offer a wide selection of comfy private offices, fully-serviced designer meeting rooms, a business club for networking, and an event space.

Spaces at TripleOne Somerset is 35,000 sq ft, and spans across two floors at a newly refurbished premium grade office building. Situated at Orchard Road, the new centre will commence operation in mid-2019.

In the second-half of this year, Spaces at Clarke Quay will be launched. Large corporations will be able to enjoy the seamless service and flexibility to plan for their business growth.

Spaces Paya Lebar Quarter is due to be completed at the end of next year,
