The newest Signature by Regus office space is located on the two top floors in Asia Square Tower 1 in Singapore’s Central Business District. Spanning more than 71,000 sq ft, the work space provides 134 private offices, 64 desks, seven rentable conference rooms, a business lounge, and open co-working areas across the two floors. The opening of this new office space is in line with IWG’s global strategy of providing businesses of all sizes with a varied range of options to work out of, says Samit Chopra, IWG’s executive vice president of enterprise and sales for the Middle East & Asia Pacific.

Other brands managed by IWG in Singapore include the upcoming No18 at Capitol Singapore which targets corporate C-suite executives and top managers. In August, IWG also opened a 35,000 sq ft Spaces location at One Raffles Place, aimed at senior and middle management executives.

“Singapore remains an important market for us as a business and innovation hub for many corporations and SMEs in the region. With the launch of Asia’s first Signature by Regus here, we continue to expand our portfolio to meet the growing demand for flexible workspaces,” says Chopra.

Over the past six months, IWG has grown its Spaces in Singapore and has opened in new locations such as Clarke Quay (Picture: IWG)
