Ayana Bali, an integrated resort spanning 90ha in Bali, Indonesia, has unveiled its latest residential offering, Alamanda Tower. The apartment comprises 26 units of one- and two-bedroom residences that are available for long-term lease, with a minimum stay of one month.

Alamanda Tower is part of Ayana Residences, a collection of residential properties within the Ayana Bali estate. Located along the coastline of Jimbaran Bay, Ayana Bali includes four hotels (Ayana Resort Bali, Ayana Segara Bali, Ayana Villas Bali and Rimba by Ayana Bali), the award-winning Ayana Spa, a golf putting course, a secluded beach, various event venues and 30 dining outlets.

Residents will have access to three rooftop pools at Alamanda Tower, alongside facilities at the community centre at Ayana Residences, which include a gym, a lap pool, and a sauna and steam room. Other services provided include a dedicated concierge team, bi-weekly housekeeping, a buggy service within Ayana Bali, and a discount on all dining and selected spa services.

One-bedroom units at Alamandar Tower measure 1,173 sq ft and are priced from about IDR70 million ($5,896) per month. Two-bedroom units without a pool measure 1,647 sq ft and start from about IDR100 million per month, while two-bedroom units that come with a private pool measure from 2,045 to 2,648 sq ft and start from about IDR120 million per month.

Ayana Bali is managed by Indonesia’s Ayana Hospitality, which also operates properties in Jakarta and Labuan Bajo.
