Nine strata industrial units at Pantech Business Hub off West Coast Road have been put up for sale by Expression of Interest (EOI), announced marketing agent JLL on Feb 28. The ground-floor units, which are next to each other, have a total strata area of 17,825 sq ft. They can be bought individually or en bloc at a guide price of $650 psf.

The psf price works out to an absolute quantum of $11.6 million for an en bloc purchase, or absolute prices ranging between $818,350 and $2.3 million for individual purchases. All nine units are fully tenanted to food manufacturing and engineering firms, at monthly rental rates of between $1.50 and $2.00 psf. Each unit measures between 1,281 sq ft and 3,488 sq ft.

Pantech Business Hub is a 99-year leasehold industrial building with remaining lease of about 65 years. The EOI exercise for the units at Pantech Business Hub will close on April 3.
