SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - An industrial site at Tuas West Avenue (Plot B) has been launched for tender under the second half of the 2019 Industrial Government Land Sales Programme (2H2019 IGLS). The site is the second of four sites under the Confirmed List of the 2H2019 IGLS.

The 102,257 sq ft site has a gross plot ratio of 1.4 and is zoned for ‘Business 2’ use. The site also has a 20-year tenure. The public tender closes on Dec 27.
