New York-listed computing giant IBM and global commercial real estate and investment management firm JLL have partnered to provide data management and reporting software for commercial real estate companies.
The Sustainability Program Management software is powered by IBM’s environmental, social and governance (ESG) reporting and data management software, Envizi ESG Suite, and delivered by JLL’s sustainability services team, according to a joint press release by the firms on July 16.
The program is designed to address challenges in the commercial real estate sector, such as capturing and managing data across real estate portfolios for decision-making and public reporting.
