R&F Properties has appointed Hyatt Hotels Corp to manage its hotel component at R&F Princess Cove, a mixed-use development in Johor Baru, Malaysia.

R&F Princess Cove is Hong Kong-based R&F Properties Group’s first overseas investment. The development will be divided into four phases. Phase one will consist of over 3,000 luxury apartments in 15 blocks, a shopping mall, a five-star hotel and an office tower. According to R&F Properties Group, Phase 1 is expected to be completed by 2018.

R&F Princess Cove sits on 116 acres of land with a gross building area of 36 million sq ft.
