Huttons marks 20th anniversary with charity drive, launch of new digital tools

SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - The Huttons Group has announced its first major corporate social responsibility programme to commemorate its 20th anniversary.

Mark Yip, CEO of Huttons, said that the group started a charity drive last December for the Children’s Cancer Foundation, raising a total of $117,499.

The donation was presented at a ceremony on Feb 4 which was attended by guest of honour Tan Kiat How, the Minister of State for National Development & Communications and Information.

At the same event, Huttons also announced the launch of three technology tools — Huttons Link Up, Huttons Analyzer, and Ultimate Resale Search — for its salespersons.

Huttons Link Up is an app for salespersons that facilitates internal co-broking and cross-posting of property listings on different listing platforms, while Huttons Analyzer is an analytics app that allows salespersons to access data in the course of their work. The Huttons Link app is already available on all platforms, while Huttons Analyzer is available on iOS, with the Android version coming in June.



The third tool, Ultimate Resale Search, will be launched to complement Huttons’ existing Ultimate Project Search tool. “With these two powerful search tools, our associates can recommend a whole suite of solutions for their customers,” says Yip.

Huttons will also launch a financial calculator incorporating property recommendations based on buyers’ criteria, which will be available in 2H2022.

The rollout of the new digital tools are in line with Huttons’ training plans for its salesforce this year. “At the core of our Huttons Training Roadmap 2022 is a strong focus on development of digital skillsets, digital marketing as well as relevant industry-specific training to elevate the professionalism and capabilities of our associates,” Yip says.
