Property manager and developer Hongkong Land has launched two new customer products that it says have been designed to meet the evolving needs of its tenants in Central, Hong Kong. The first is Centricity, a collection of digital and physical services exclusively available to Hongkong Land tenants. The other is Bespoke salon, a new members’ club in Chater House.

Centricity includes a mobile application, event space, and restaurant that are all exclusively available to tenants and their guests. The app offers food delivery, access to Hongkong Land’s premium concierge services, and taxi queue monitoring.
The event space is located in Chater House and can accommodate events from board meetings to a conference of 200 people. The restaurant, also in Chater House, offers on-the-go meals and formal meals in its dining room or outdoor terrace. The services offered have been tailored with consultation from Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong.
Located in Chater House, CENTRICITY offers flexible multipurpose event spaces that consist of seven rooms and a breakout area for hosting a wide variety of events and functions.
The new 5,000 sq ft Bespoke salon in Chater House will provide its members premium amenities and privileges. This club is the latest addition under the developer’s Bespoke Regional Recognition Programme, which includes Landmark in Hong Kong, One Central in Macau, and WF Central in Beijing.
”Robert Wong, chief executive of Hongkong Land, says: “The launch of Centricity and the new Bespoke salon are the latest examples of our commitment to enhancing the value of our portfolio through continued investment to our building and services. These initiatives will greatly benefit tenants and our Bespoke customers, strengthen the attractiveness of our high-quality office and retail space, and ensure Central remains one of Asia’s most prestigious and dynamic city centres.”
