SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Hong Kong-based accommodation provider Weave Living has opened a new residential rental property at 68 Robinson Road in Hong Kong. The 25-room development is in the Mid-levels area close to Soho.
Known as Weave Residences – Robinson, the new property comprises a mix of two-bedroom units. Each unit is self-contained and fully furnished, and spans about 700 sq ft with a private lift lobby. The interiors feature a Nordic-inspired design, and each apartment provides a walk-in wardrobe and contemporary furniture by leading Danish luxury furniture brand BoConcept.

“This is our third property on HK Island and the first of a series of planned offerings in this highly desirable neighbourhood over the next several months,” says Sachin Doshi, founder and group CEO of Weave Living.
Weave Living has added two new properties to its portfolio so far this year. In May, it launched the flagship property of its Weave Studios brand in Kowloon West, as well as its maiden property in Singapore.

Weave Living has three different accommodation brands that cater to different users. Weave Residences, which caters to the traditional rental market; Weave Studios, which focuses on affordable single-occupancy apartments; and Weave Suites, for its serviced apartment lodgings.
“Witnessing the persistent rise of leasing demand, we have continued to strengthen our network in Hong Kong and across the Asia-Pacific, transforming the traditional rental market to meet the expectations of discerning renters,” says Doshi.
