SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - According to Oliver Siah, co-founder of developer FRX Capital, the Hillshore sales gallery saw about 700 visitors over the weekend of April 6 and 7. "It's a healthy turnout, considering the condo has only 59 units," says Seah.

The Hilshore is a low-rise development with two- to five-storey blocks on a 45,726 sq ft freehold site. It is a redevelopment of the former Gloria Mansion, which FRX Capital purchased en bloc for $70.3 million in January 2022.

The Hillshore's units are a mix of two—to four-bedroom apartments from 733 to 2,161 sq ft. Units include four-bedroom dual-key apartments and penthouses with sizes between 895 and 2,161 sq ft. The project is expected to receive its TOP by the end of 2026.

Prices at The Hillshore range from $2,300 psf for the penthouses and north of $2,500 psf for the typical units. The project is targeted for launch on April 20.

According to Ismail Gafoor, CEO of PropNex, The Hillshore's location at Pasir Panjang also means it's near the future Greater Southern Waterfront. He says it appeals to homebuyers who want to ride on the potential growth of the precinct.

Gafoor points out that the Hillshore's proximity to the Southern Ridges, West Coast Park, the National University of Singapore, the National University Hospital, and Science Parks presents a potential rental demand. This could come from international students, NUS faculty members, NUH hospital staff, and Science Park employees.
