On Nov 7, Hatten Land, the Melaka-based developer announced that its net profit, for the three months ended Sept 30, rose 63.2% to RM 3 million ($967,364) from RM 1.8 million in 1Q2017.
Hatten’s also says that 104 out of 154 units at Satori, a wellness-themed hub comprising 192 serviced suites, hotel block, and medical space, have been sold. This lifted the group’s revenue to RM760 million.
In FY2018 the group will launch Harbour City Luxury Hotel, the last phase of Harbour City, its flagship development in Melakka. The six-acre integrated commercial development, built on seafront land on Pulau Melaka, is slated to be completed by 2020.
