SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Guoco Tower and Sophia Hills have won the title of World Gold Winner in the mixed-use category and residential category respectively at the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards 2020.
The FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Award recognises excellence in real estate projects, judged by an international panel comprising top real estate professionals and experts.

Sophia Hills, located in District 9, comprises 493 apartment units spread across low-rise blocks. The development integrates three conserved buildings: Trinity Theological College Chapel, built in 1969 and now converted into a restaurant; Olson Building, built in 1928 and now serves as The Sophia Clubhouse; and Nan Wah Girl’s School, built in 1941 and is now a childcare centre.
