The Great Room in Cheung Kong Centre has a net floor area of 21,000 sq ft and 22 dedicated offices, including two enterprise units. Dedicated office memberships in Central start at a monthly rate of $2,810 per desk, while the city-wide hot desk membership starts from $652 per month.
The end of mandatory hotel quarantine in Hong Kong signifies the kick-start of Hong Kong’s revival as a financial and business hub, shares Tina Herms McAfee, the general manager of The Great Room Hong Kong.
She anticipates more demand for co-working spaces that combine world-class aesthetics with intuitive services, as the way people work continues to evolve and business travel recovers to pre-pandemic levels.
This second location in the city follows The Great Room’s first location at One Taikoo Place.
“Given Hong Kong’s position as a key financial centre, it is a springboard for The Great Room’s expansion strategy in Asia Pacific. In addition, The Great Room looks to expand in the region, eyeing Sydney, Shanghai, Beijing and Tokyo to help our clients continue to grow and thrive through these changing times,” notes Jaelle Ang, CEO and co-founder of The Great Room.
The other spaces, due to open in 2Q2023, include a four-storey conservation shophouse in the heart of Singapore’s Chinatown and a space in the Leed Gold & Well Gold Certified Park Silom retail, dining and office hub in Bangkok.
