A Good Class Bungalow (GCB) at White House Park, sitting on a land of 35,290 sq ft, is up for sale at an asking price of $75 to $80 million ($2,125 psf to $2,267 psf).
White House Park, in District 10, Bukit Timah, is one of the 39 gazetted GCB areas in Singapore.
The property for sale spans two storeys, and is possibly the highest point in the locality, according to exclusive marketing agent JLL. Once redeveloped, the owner can enjoy commanding views of lush greenery, it says.
The regular-shaped plot has a frontage of 54 metres. The land can be subdivided into two GCB parcels, each with a generous frontage, JLL says.
There are only about 2,800 GCB plots across the 39 GCB areas, of which the “highly sought-after” locations are the Nassim, White House Park and Dalvey neighbourhoods, points out JLL.
A recent high-profile GCB transaction was for a 84,543 sq ft plot at 33 Nassim Road, which was sold for $230 million ($2,721 psf). Meanwhile, 50 Cluny Road, which occupies a land size of 15,100 sq ft, was sold above $2,720 psf.
The tender will close on Sept 20, at 2.30pm.
