The Glades, jointly developed by Keppel Land and China Vanke, was recognized for Landscape Excellence at the inaugural EdgeProp Excellence Awards 2017.

The architect of the 726-unit condo in Bedok is P & T Consultants and the landscape design is by Peridian Asia.

The Glades sits on a sloped and undulating site that was preserved and incorporated into the design. Effort was also made to conserved existing mature trees, which were integrated into the redeveloped landscape. Greenery is also strategically incorporated as a sound barrier to shield the development from the MRT tracks located nearby.
