UK developer Galliard Homes has launched Silver Works (right) in Lon- don. The 191-unit development is located just off Edgeware Road in Colindale, and has a mix of suites and apartments in five buildings, and six 4-bedroom townhouses in a two-storey terrace block. The project is within a 10-minute walk from the Colindale tube station on the Northern Line. It is also 22 minutes from King’s Cross station and within 30 minutes’ walk from Oxford Street and West End.

Studios at Galliard Homes start from 420 sq ft and are priced from £250,000 ($514,588), or £595 psf. One-bedroom units start from 570 sq ft and are priced from £325,000 (£570 psf), and two-bedroom units start from 753 sq ft and are priced from £425,000 (£564 psf). The project will be showcased in Singapore at the Conrad Hotel from March 20 to 22, with JLL as the marketing agent.
