SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - A freehold terraced house in Stratton Park, located within the Seletar landed housing estate, is on the market for $10.88 million. The guide price for the 5,771 sq ft site translates to a land rate of $1,885 psf.
The property will be sold under an expression of interest (EOI) exercise, and the house will be marketed by Geraldine Teh, associate division director from Huttons Asia.
The three-storey corner terraced house has a built-up area of 10,256 sq ft and a wide frontage of 11.4m. The house features a pool, spacious outdoor area and five large-sized bedrooms.

The property underwent extensive additions and alterations in 2021 by Create Architecture, says Teh. It won the Bronze award for Best Residential Design (Private Houses) at the 2023 Design Excellence Awards, organised by the Interior Design Confederation Singapore.
The property is located near amenities at Greenwich V shopping mall on Seletar Road and Seletar Mall on Sengkang West Avenue. It also has excellent road connectivity via major expressways, including the Central Expressway and the Tampines Expressway.
Huttons Asia’s senior director of data analytics, Lee Sze Teck, observes that the asking price of $1,885 psf on the land area is competitive, in view that the median price of newer terraced houses in the neighbouring Luxus Hills has transacted for more than $2,500 psf.
The EOI exercise closes on July 31.
