The office space is located on Levels 7 and 8 of the building, which is situated between Raffles Place and Tanjong Pagar.
Each floor spans an estimated 6,189 sq ft, and both floors, which are currently tenanted, come with exclusive use of the lift lobby, pantry and restrooms. Buyers can purchase the floors either individually or together.
The Octagon is a freehold, standalone office building with approximately 109m of road frontage, with visibility along Cecil Street and Boon Tat Street. It is a three-minute walk to Telok Ayer MRT Station on the Downtown Line.
The purchase of the property is open to both local and foreign buyers. There will be no additional buyers’ stamp duty or sellers’ stamp duty imposed on the sale of the property.
The tender for the property will close on May 12, at 3pm.
