SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - A freehold detached house at Branksome Road, off Tanjong Katong Road in District 15, will be put up for auction by Huttons Asia on March 15.

The property has a guide price of $10.8 million, which works out to $2,456 psf on its land area of 4,398 sq ft. The two-storey house has a floor area of 4,581 sq ft and comes with an outdoor area with a swimming pool.

James Wong, Huttons Asia’s head of sales & auction, notes that the property is located in a highly coveted landed residential area, close to East Coast Park. “Asia, “The location also boasts easy accessibility via all modes of transport.
