Frasers Property and regular partner Sekisui House are jointly redeveloping Robertson Walk and Fraser Place Robertson, which it now holds under a 999-year lease.
The new mixed-use development will have a residential component with 348 units, F&B options and entertainment. The redevelopment will commence next year and is slated for completion by the end of 2028.
According to Frasers Property, the redevelopment will have a gross floor area of 30,664 sqm (330,067 sq ft).

Soon Su Lin, CEO of Frasers Property Singapore, says the redevelopment is in line with the company's active asset management strategy.
"We have identified this opportunity to unlock the highest and best use returns for our prime 999-year site in the heart of Robertson Quay," she says.
Frasers Property and Sekisui House have formed a 51:49 joint venture for the redevelopment of the site.
Robertson Walk and Fraser Place Robertson Walk will continue to be managed by the Frasers Property Group until operations cease on 31 May 2025.
