SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Property giant Frasers Property has certified four Singapore assets with Wiredscore Platinum certification. The buildings that have achieved this high mark for their overall digital capabilities and smart building initiatives are Frasers Tower, Alexandra Point, and Alexandra Technopark Block A and Block B.

The group’s business unit, Frasers Property Singapore, manages the four properties. Wiredscore is a global benchmark and accreditation that recognises best-in-class digital infrastructure capabilities in buildings.

This achievement means that all four properties have a robust digital infrastructure enabling tenants to tap into reliable and effective connectivity resources. Each property also comes with at least four high-speed internet providers and a landlord-owned fibre backbone, enabling the swift deployment of data services and reducing tenant installation time.

“The WiredScore Platinum certifications are a testament to our strong and continuing efforts in incorporating the highest standard of digital infrastructure in our commercial buildings,” says Jack Lam, Frasers Property Singapore's chief operating officer of commercial.

He adds that this effort aligns with the group’s direction to reimage the use of workspaces through innovation and digitalisation. “We strive to set higher benchmarks in the built environment with innovative, inclusive, and sustainable spaces and solutions across our developments.”

Wiredscore says only seven buildings in Singapore have achieved its Platinum certification for digital connectivity. Keppel Bay Tower, Paya Lebar Green South and Shaw Tower are the other properties.
