Frasers Hospitality to double Middle East portfolio to 13 in next few years

SINGAPORE (Mar 8): Frasers Hospitality, a member of Frasers Property Group, is set to double its footprint in the Middle East to 13 properties over the next few years.

Having recently opened Fraser Suites Riyadh, Frasers Hospitality will soon open Fraser Suites Muscat.

Meanwhile, six more properties are in the pipeline with three in Dubai, one in Jeddah, one in Al Khobar and one in Kuwait.

Fraser Suites Riyadh will have 95 fully furnished luxury serviced residences while Fraser Suites Muscat, scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2018, will have 120 units.

As at Dec 31 2017, Frasers Hospitality manages over 16,000 units and has signed up more than 8,000 units.

Its global footprint currently stands at more than 150 properties in over 80 cities.

Choe Peng Sum, CEO of Frasers Hospitality says, “We have a loyal base of corporate customers and this has contributed to the success of our properties in Bahrain, Doha and Dubai, which are enjoying average occupancies of over 85%.”
