Frasers Hospitality, the hospitality arm of Frasers Property, has announced its debut in Taiwan with the launch of Fraser Residence Taipei, a premium serviced apartment complex featuring 200 units. Scheduled for completion in 2027, the property is located in the Beitou District, north of Taipei City, near the neighbourhood of Tianmu.
Situated 30 minutes away from Songshan International Airport, Fraser Residence Taipei offers connectivity to the city’s public transport network and is near international schools and medical institutions,
Designed for modern and business travellers, the planned amenities will include a heated pool, fitness centre, yoga studio, meditation rooms for recreation, meeting spaces, and a business centre. “Our maiden entry into the vibrant city marks yet another milestone in our global expansion strategy,” says Eu Chin Fen, CEO of Frasers Hospitality.
