SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Four strata office units on the 20th floor of Clarke Quay Central on 8 Eu Tong Sen Street have been put up for sale. In a press release on July 4, Knight Frank, the marketing agent, announced that the units are available via an expression of interest (EOI) exercise with a collective guide price of about $12.36 million. At 883 sq ft each, this translates to $3,500 psf.
The office units will be sold with vacant possession and tenancy. They can be sold individually or together. The high-floor offices offer a panoramic view of the Singapore River, Marina Bay and CBD.
Tenants will have access to a sky garden and recreational facilities on the 10th and 11th storeys, such as a gymnasium, a lap pool, an outdoor jacuzzi, and a steam room.

Clarke Quay Central is a 99-year leasehold commercial property. The 25-storey integrated development consists of a retail podium and two smart-office-home-office (Soho) towers. It sits directly above Clarke Quay MRT station on the North East Line and is accessible via Central Expressway (CTE) and Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE).
The most recent transaction at the property is a 646 sq ft strata office unit that was sold on April 25. The 13th-storey unit changed hands for $1.76 million, or $2,725 psf.
The EOI closes on Aug 15 at 3pm.
