SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - Nasdaq-listed property advisory firm, Colliers International Group, announced the appointment of Anson Lim as senior director of valuation & advisory services for Singapore with effect from July 15, 2021. In his new role, Lim will be leading the corporate valuation business, as well as overseeing land development, property tax consultancy and state land matters. Lim will be reporting to Joseph Yee, executive director of valuation & advisory services at Colliers International in Singapore.
Lim has been in the real estate industry for 25 years, specializing in valuation, research, marketing and sales of residential projects as well as investment analysis. Prio to his appointment, Lim was senior general manager of residential marketing and sales at Allgreen Properties, one of the real estate companies under the Kuok Group since May 2018. Prior to that, Lim had spent 21 years at listed property group CapitaLand, where he was vice president of investment and portfolio management.
