SINGAPORE (EDGEPROP) - 212 units, or one-third of the total, have been sold at Forett at Bukit Timah as atForett at Bukit Timah. The 633-unit freehold development was first launched on Aug 8.
“Close to 700 visitors have scheduled viewings with us at the Sales Gallery between Aug 11 and Aug 31,” Yen Chong, deputy general manager of Qingjian Realty says.
She adds that the popularity of the project is a sign that buyers value connectivity, as it is near to Beauty World Integrated Transport Hub. It is also near Bukit Timah Nature Reserve, Bukit Batok Nature Reserve and the upcoming rail corridor.
The development is expected to complete in September 2024. Units range from 474 sq ft one-bedders to 1,884 sq ft five-bedroom suites.
Other projects launched by Qingjian Realty have also “seen robust sales”, according to a press release. The 516-unit Le Quest in Bukit Batok was recently fully sold, and 50 units at its 1,206-unit Jadescape at Shunfu Road were sold last month.
