This weekend (Feb 16-17) marked the preview of two developments: the mega 1,410-unit The Florence Residences by Logan Property and the boutique development, the 92-unit Nyon by Aurum Land.
The two projects attract different audiences. The Florence Residences, located within the Kovan area, is situated within proximity to two MRT stations: about a six-minute walk from the future Hougang MRT Interchange Station on the Cross Island Line and an eight-minute walk from the Kovan MRT Station. The project, which contains a mix of one- to five-bedroom types, drew close to 4,000 visitors by 7pm on Sunday, Feb 17.

The Florence Residences is expected to attract a mix of buyers – from young couples, to those with young children, multi-generational families and investors. The developer is capitalising on the site area of close to 390,000 sq ft, 128 condo facilities and 12 clubs for residents within the project. Average indicative price of the units is said to be in the $1,400 to $1,500 psf range.
Nyon’s sales gallery is located at Kallang Airport Way. Over the weekend, the developer offered visitors a free 25-35 min tour of the Amber Road neighbourhood in prime District 15 in vintage Vespa sidecars – including a visit to the actual site and the famous eateries in the Joo Chiat-Katong area.

The two projects will be launched for sale a fortnight from now, over the weekend of Mar 9-10.
