Five adjoining industrial units in Enterprise One, a development at 1 Kaki Bukit Road 1, are up for sale with a total guide price of $6.4 million.
The five factory units are zoned for Business 2 use and span a total area of approximately 10,809 sq ft. Based on this, the guide price translates to $592 psf.

Enterprise One is a five-storey, ramp-up structure at the corner of Eunos Link and Kaki Bukit Avenue 1 in District 14. It comprises 226 units. The development has a leasehold tenure of 60 years from July 9, 1996, which means there are about 32 years remaining on the lease.

According to a release by Colliers, the units are leased to an MNC until March 31, 2025.
“Strata industrial units are currently performing very well, and these units offer a strong yield with a good tenant covenant,” says Tang Wei Leng, head of capital markets at Colliers Singapore.
