The island-site consists of two land titles. One title is for 1, 3, and 5 Club Street which are three-storey shophouses with attic. The other title is for 7 and 9 Club Street which are two-storey shophouses.
The shophouses sit on a combined land of approximately 3,557 sq ft, with an estimated total built-up area of approximately 7,225 sq ft. Based on the total floor area, the guide price translates to approximately $3,945 psf.
Savills Singapore has been appointed the exclusive marketing agent for the property.
The shophouses come with F&B approvals for the entire ground floor, which is currently leased to F&B operators such as Merci Marcel Bistro, Parallel Coffee Roasters and Yen Bar. The upper floors are offices currently occupied by MNC tenants.
The island-site has a 50m-wide triple road frontage along Cross Street, Club Street and Gemmill Lane. Situated right across Far East Square and Cross Street Exchange, the property is within walking distance to Telok Ayer MRT Station.
“This is a rare and limited opportunity to acquire a charming flagship island-site of five beautifully restored adjoining shophouses with potential naming and signage rights,” says Sophia Lim, associate director, investment sales & capital markets at Savills Singapore.
As the shophouses sit on land zoned for commercial use, foreigners and companies are eligible to purchase the properties. (Find Singapore commercial properties with our commercial directory)
