On September 19, Finchatton announced that it has partnered with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts to offer the first standalone Four Seasons Private Residences.

Located at 20 Grosvenor Square in London and opening in 2018, it will be the first Four Seasons Private Residences to be operated independently of a Four Seasons hotel or resort.

The residence will offer 37 residences, serviced by Four Seasons employees and offering the amenities of a Four Seasons hotel. The 250,000 sq ft development will also include a private wine cellar, a spa with a 25m swimming pool, a steam room and sauna, fitness centre, games room, cinema, business suite, and garden room.

The interiors are designed by Finchatton to offer 3, 4, and 5-bedroom apartments, each with drawing rooms, media rooms, family and catering kitchens, and separate access for staff. Prices start from £17.5 million ($31.9 million) for a 3- or 4-bedroom apartment, and 5-bedroom apartments start at £35 million.

According to Finchatton, the residence will offer in-residence dining and catering, concierge services, housekeeping, salon and spa services, grocery stocking, event planning, childcare, pet care, and transportation and business services.

This will be Four Seasons third property in London, alongside Four Seasons Hotel London and Four Seasons Hotel at Ten Trinity Square.
