“We are delighted to have Annie join Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management (FCAM). With her extensive experience in finance and auditing, and knowledge of SGX listing rules and REIT compliance, we are confident Annie will add to our strength,” says Ng.

“On behalf of the board and management team, we would like to share our appreciation for Audrey’s service with FCAM. Her tenure includes milestones such as the acquisition of our 50% effective interest in the retail mall NEX and our inclusion in the Straits Times Index earlier this year,” he adds.

“FCT has a solid reputation amongst Singapore REITs (S-REITs) and is recognised for its strong focus as the leader of Singapore’s suburban retail market. I am honoured to have this opportunity to join FCAM and look forward to contributing further to its ongoing success,” says Khung.

As at 9.09am, units in FCT are trading 1 cent higher or 0.47% up at $2.13.
